Accuracy Of Listing Data; Removal by MLS
Participants and subscribers are required to submit accurate listing data and required to correct any known errors. The Service is not required to, and assumes no responsibility to, review, edit, or exercise editorial control over the listings in the MLS. The foregoing notwithstanding, the Service may take any steps necessary in its judgment, including deleting the listing records or portions thereof, to avoid or remedy any violation of law, breach of these rules or infringement of intellectual property right. The Service reserves the right to request documentation from Participants and Subscribers to confirm compliance with these rules (e.g., listing agreement, buyer agreement, relevant documentation); upon request from the Service, Participant and/or Subscriber must promptly submit the requested documentation to the Service, within two (2) business days of the request.
