Changes in Rules And Regulations
Amendments to the Rules and Regulations of the Service shall be by consideration and approval of the Directors of the Triad Multiple Listing Service, Inc. and then by the Shareholders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of the Bylaws of the Service, except that all NAR-mandated changes will occur automatically.
