Data Entered into MLS for Comparable Purposes Only
In order for sold data to be entered into the system for the sole purpose of comparable information, a Triad MLS subscriber/participant must represent at least one side of the transaction. There are two methods of entering sold data into Triad MLS for comparable purposes; Buyer Agency Sales, and Firm Exclusive Sales.
If the comp sale is not submitted to the MLS within three (3) business days of its closing date, they cannot be entered into the MLS.
Entering erroneous sales data is a violation and the fine is described in the Compliance Fee Schedule for Category II Violations.
