Learn how to use the prospecting functions of Matrix to create a personalized Web site for each of your clients. The Portal is a repository for information shared between the agent and the client: Listings, CMAs, Statistical Reports, and Driving Directions. Clients have the ability to create and save their own Custom Searches, without changing the one created by their agent. The Portal is dynamic; therefore the client is always viewing live, up-to-the minute data. The agent can monitor when their client opens their Portal, reads emails, and marks listings as favorites, possibilities, or trashed. Since everything in Matrix is time stamped the agent will be able to see the client’s activity dated and time stamped.
To register for this class, add 1 as the number of attendee’s below and click Add to Cart. When on the Cart page, check to see you are registering for the correct class and then click Proceed to Checkout. On the Checkout screen, please enter your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number and MLS User ID. There are boxes for each of these values. Once you place order you will receive an email confirmation with the registration information for your class.
