As many of you are aware, we have many suggestions and comments from appraisers in our area who are sometimes ‘challenged’ using the data in the MLS system for appraisal purposes.  We are aware of some of these challenges exist because of the primary difference clearly indicated by the governing entity of REALTORS®, NCREC.  Having said that, we all realize the importance of both entities in a Real Estate Transaction and would like to invite you to a session that will be hosted at the High Point Regional Association of REALTORS® downstairs facility.

Our guest speakers, Rick Lifferth and Larry Spencer, from DataMastersUSA will be presenting on Thursday morning, September 8^th at 10:00AM.  We realize this is short notice but we wanted to ensure that the Appraiser members of ALL of our Associations would have an opportunity to attend and as a result are hosting at a centrally located Association.

They’ll be discussing a potential solution to some of these challenges and any appraisers in our MLS are more than welcome and in fact encouraged to attend!
