This introductory class walks Triad MLS members through how to access Kurio and gives an overview of all its features. Kurio allows you to search the MLS database for critical listing data from any web-enabled mobile device including iPhones, iPads, Androids, BlackBerry’s, Palms and Windows Mobile Devices. Along with active and off market properties, the user can view nearby homes for sale and open houses.

Search by Map and Stats Pro (1 ½ hours)
Search by Map covers various mapping options that are available when searching and viewing results. Little known functions such as searching for properties by specifying an area landmark, using maps to assist with CMA comparable searches and saving frequently used searches with the map area already designated. Learn how to navigate the map, draw multiple shapes (max. 5 per search), identify properties within a specific radius, use the results grid with the split map feature to plan your showing route, how to calculate the specific distance from one property to another.
Tempo Stats Pro delivers real time statistical reporting and charting capabilities for any group of listing search results. Some of the reports available are Market Analysis, Inventory Reports, Days on Market graph, Inventory Supply Chart and Price Trend Chart.

Realist (2 hours)
Realist is a powerful tool for agents that assist in bringing more power to sales presentations, listing packages and marketing efforts. Learn how to: Customize a search in Realist; see FEMA flood map, zip code, county and neighborhood overlays; create mailing labels in just seconds; identify owners on the Do Not Call and Do Not Mail registries; identify distressed properties; identify non-MLS sales (for sale by owner/court house sales/auctioned properties); view detailed mortgage history on any property along with the recorded Default and Foreclosing proceedings (if any).

CMA (1 ½ hours)
Learn how to use the Map in Tempo to identify properties for your report. Follow the simple step by step Wizard to identify the Subject, incorporate the search results, and then select pages from a customized Presentation Library. In Data Co-op or Realist there are Market Trend reports and Neighborhood Profile reports available for your presentations as well as informational brochures. Either of these reports could be stand-alone CMA reports but combined they make very impressive presentations.

Client Gateway (1 ½ hours)
Review the steps needed to set up a new prospect and the methods of notifying prospects of new or changed listings. Review the Client Gateway and how an agent can use this portal to communicate with prospects. Once an agent sets up a Client Gateway that buyer will be sent their personalized gateway link every time a new listing comes available that matches his/her criteria. The buyer has the ability to view the detail page, interact directly with his/her agent, mark the listings as a favorite/possibility or even rejected. The buyer also has links to the mapping module, photos and virtual tours. In Gateway the agent can post remarks regarding the property for the buyer to see. With Client Gateway there are no passwords to remember or steps for the buyer to follow, they simply click on the link that is sent to their email.

Property Panorama (1 ½ hours)
Learn how to use the FREE Virtual Tour service offered, Property Panorama. Go over all Triad MLS rules regarding Branding. Tips regarding staging and taking photos for virtual tours will be covered as well as specific guidelines for using the Property Panorama software.
