TRIAD MLS WAIVER APPLICATIONS
Do you need to request a MLS waiver??
Here's how to tell...
If you hold an active NC Real Estate License or an active Appraisal License you must be a member of the MLS to access the system. You are not eligible for a Waiver.
If you are unlicensed and access the MLS system in any capacity, you must request a Waiver from Triad MLS. Your waiver will be reviewed by the Triad MLS staff. If your waiver meets the above standards, you will receive your password pending Triad MLS Board of Directors final approval at the next scheduled meeting. Please be sure to include the applicant's SECURE e-mail address. We will contact you by e-mail when you application is processed.
Two waivers are available - one for permanent staff and another for temporary staff.
The temporary waiver is designed for staff hired for a short term such as covering for a sick or vacationing staff person. The temporary waiver must have a start date and end date.
If temporary access is needed for 2 weeks or less, the temporary staff person will not be required to attend training. However, the Triad MLS Help Desk will not be available to the staff person unless the staff person attends training.
If access is needed for more than 2 weeks, the staff person must attend Tempo training class at the Triad MLS office. Triad MLS Help Desk will be available after the staff person has attended class.
Each waiver consists of two pages. Both pages must be completed and submitted by fax to your association (fax numbers are below.)
