Final Closing of Sales in MLS
Due to questions regarding the notices members are getting regarding Untimely Status Change in relation to Closed listings, we want to clarify the MLS Rule 2.5 Reporting Sales to the Service:
- The Rule refers to Final Closing of Sales
- The closing date that should be entered into the MLS is the date that the new deed is recorded.
