Learn how to use the prospecting function of Matrix: Reverse Prospecting, My Hits Counter, Auto-Notifications, tracking sent emails, and tracking Client’s activity.  The Portal is a repository for information shared between the agent and the client: Client Reports, Flyers, CMA Reports, and Statistical Reports. Clients have the ability to create and save their own custom searches, without changing the one created by the agent. The Portal is dynamic; therefore the client is always viewing live, up-to-the minute data. The agent can monitor when their client is always viewing live, up-to-the minute data. The agent can monitor when their client opens their Portal, reads emails, and marks listings as favorites, possibilities, or trashed.  Agents setting up Portal Notifications within Matrix can receive notices of their client’s activity via text messages and/or email.

To register for this class, add 1 as the number of attendee’s below and click Add to Cart.  When on the Cart page, check to see you are registering for the correct class and then click Proceed to Checkout.  On the Checkout screen, please enter your first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number and MLS User ID.  There are boxes for each of these values.  Once you place order you will receive an email confirmation with the registration information for your class.
